This happens to me a lot, so I can give you a few tips that I hope will help you as well.
-The server is down but the Login screen is still on (Happens to this server a lot.)
-The server is very laggy (Which for this server is usually not the case.)
-Andrew or a co. owner is changing or editing the server rates while the server is still going (Not very possible, but can happen.)
-Your account is bugged and you have to un-bug it by going to the main website and clicking on your account/ control panel and click unstuck.
What do I do?
-When this happens to me, I first close Maplestory altogether and see if its my connection. I do Ctrl-Alt-Del (Control-Alt-Delete) and see if it says under task Manager: Maplestory "Not Responding". If that is what it says, Click "End Task" and close Maplestory. Then wait a couple minutes (5-10) and then I try to login again. If it is still not letting you login to the server on your account, then try to see if you can create a new account and login with it. If it still doesnt work, then the server is down and you have to wait a little longer. *It usually works after a bit*
-The server is on 24/7.
