You won't be able to get GM with just a small paragraph.

And I don't believe that you spend 8 hours on weekdays and 16 hours on weekends. I haven't even seen you in game. Try advertising around with smegas in game, or wandering around and meeting new people, so that you actually have a chance of getting the position.
